Looking to see what tire size you guys would recommend on a staggared 19×8.5 and 19×10 wheel set up for my 2018 GT that's as close to the stock tire dimensions of the stock 235 50 18s?

I love the Michelins Pilot 4S on my 18
Quiet and sticky but not cold temp friendly if that's a concern in your part of TX

275/35R19 front, 285/35R19 rear would fit those wheel sizes well.

With those wheel sizes I would go 255/40/19 on the front and 285/35/19 on the rear. The tire diameter would be 27.0 inches on the front and 26.9 on the rear.

Why not do a square set up and do 285's all the way around?

I've considered doing something like that but will 285s up front rub? Also love the look of some fat tires on the back

255/40R19 front, 285/35R19 rear for those wheel sizes.

If you do a 19x10 with a +35-40 offset, you can do 285/35 all around.

285/35R19 square is a great setup. No rubbing if you have the right offset wheels. Better tire life, cause you can rotate, and better handling from properly large front tires.
