As much as I love the GT350 I thought the 10" stripes looked better on the stock hood. I had these done by Big Worm on Tuesday.
This is awesome to see, since I have a deep impact blue convertible coming in 7 weeks. If you are willing to share several more photos from different angles of this with the stripes, that would be exceptionally amazing.

are thus in outer white stripes part of / connected to The black? is the black matte or flat?

We added the stripes below to our web site today. They are 7.5" wide at the back of the car and 6.75" wide at the front. Since the GT has a different hood and nose, they are not identical to the GT350 stripes, but have a similar look. Since they are narrower they are easier to install and cheaper. You can the pinstripe to the outside of the stripes for all kinds of different color combinations also. We supply plenty of .275" pinstripe for an extra $10

Would you be willing to do something custom for me? I'm looking for 3M, 9.5 or 10 inch that taper to 7.5 or 8 inch at the nose.

For custom stripes it works better to have the customer and the car here at the shop. Our dual full length stripes are 10.5" wide with a 1" gap and they taper down to 10" by the end of the nose.

Send me a PM with your email address and I can send you pics. It is a matte black and the pinstripe was put on separately after the black stripes. I have a couple of pictures before the white pinstripe was put on.

Let me know what angle picture you want.

Most of the expense involved is from the Canadian government so FedEx can't change it (of the $40 charge, over half of that is taxes and the rest is actual shipping). For some reason they wave a lot of the fees and taxes with US post office shipments. NAFTA saves some money otherwise it would be closer to $60. It's actually cheaper to ship to Europe than Canada. If our Post Office was more reliable I would use them, but they just lost another package (incoming from a supplier). Our local post office/hub is the problem which is why other companies can use them.

Would it be possible to ship from another local hub? Drive down and drop off packages?

I would have to drive outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area (1 hour or more). We are about 5 minutes from the main hub for the Fort Worth area, so our local post office is also the hub.

Canada Post has something called registered mail, which has tracking and requires a signature. Anything like that for USPS?

That is what we were using, the USPS version. The USPS offers insurance and tracking just doesn't pay for items they lose, they just give you all the reasons they are not at fault even thou the tracking would show the item never left Texas.

Are you serious? So what exactly is insurance for? What did you do to piss them off, are you sure they are not deliberately doing that to your packages?
