What is Traction Pack II?

Does anyone know what Traction Pack II is? I am looking for front brake pads for a 2015 Mustang and some manufacturer are saying pads fits Mustangs with the Traction Pack II ie: http://www.hawkperformance.com/performance-street/pads/hb802f661

I never heard of this before, or is Traction Pack II another word for a GT Mustang with the Performance Pack?

These vendors are just confused by FMSI. I am not sure where traction Package II came from but this is the pad used for EB PP and Base GT (Non-PP)

so are you saying if someone says it fits mustangs with a "Traction Package II" its only for the Performance Pack Eco and Non-PP GTs?
