What Ford model is this?

Ran across this wallpaper this morning, all it said was Ford, clearly it is a plastic model but anyway's is this an actual model of something Ford made and if so, what is it?

We had them here in the states too. When the Fox body came out they dropped it and had a Fox body Capri.

In the states, it was a Mercury product. I had a 1976 Mercury Capri. The car had true dual exhaust from the factory. It was a fun car.
