LoL I seriously thought about it but no one has stock down here and I already have a couple of the large rolly multi-tool chests in the Kinchrome blue so it matches.

I asked for photo's of the seat but I'm fixated on those sexy rotors! :clap:

My tip AJ, if your fingers are anything like mine and tend to fumble little things, make sure that you put plenty of cloth around the shifter mechanism when you go to screw those screws in. Bummer if you loose them in the abyss.

CPC Splash Shield. Cheap protection with bigger Wheels and tyres âś…

No product on them yet to change the colour slightly. I gave them a good no wax detergent scrub prior to fitting to get all wax/agents off them so the 3M tape supplied would stick well. (Did same to the insides of the guards a few times where the tape goes) Will put 303 on them after they sit for a while.

I managed to get just a little bit of driving time in the Mustang thanks to yesterday's "Thank you" public holiday.

Today I got a little bit OCD with my number plates. I have Qld slimline on Lakin brackets and the front has always sat about 10mm too low and the rear sits way too high. I made new holes for the front and fixed that one. The rear I am at at a loss to know what to do. If I move the plate down to centre position it will expose the 2 originally used screw holes as well as adjacent but slightly lower, large holes that are presently covered by the stripe vinyl. I don't know why these large holes are there. The two large dimples down further won't matter as they would still be covered by the plate.
If anyone has fixed the upper holes I would love to know how it was done.

@PKs - I feel your pain ...

I took my car from the dealer with no plates and the lowest I could position the rear without exposing any of the moulded bosses / holes was the width of an AA battery, which is exactly what I used to make sure the plate was level :

I just figured I was stuck with that as part of the price for having a car that wasn’t really designed for our market.

@PKs probably the only thing you can do to achieve a good finish is fill the holes and dimples with epoxy and sand the areas smooth, then get the stripes redone.
