Here is how I interpret it

M-6564-M52 - These are stock GT350 rockers
M-6564-M52A - These are stock GT500 rockers (upgraded design over GT350)

GT350 Rockers are the same part # from 2015 and Up so they can be used in all 5.2 NA Applications

GT500 Rockers can only be used in 2018+ 3rd Gen heads so yes you can use the M-6564-M52A in your 2018.

I would like a quote (and a code) for the following parts for a 2021 F150 SCREW 3.5L Eco FX4 Max Tow VIN 1FTFW1E84MKD15911

My goal is to remove the rear spring blocks (lowering the rear approximately 1.25 inches) and button it back up with the shorter 2WD U-bolts and replace the 4WD bump stops with the 2WD bump stops.

I believe the part numbers are:
2WD U-bolts ML3Z*5705*A (quantity = 4)
2WD bump stops ML3Z*4730*A (quantity = 2)

Let me know if you see any issues or omissions with my plan.
