Higher than expected?! That's worrying for a car that's only done 5,500 miles
This is very good for a year old enthusiasts car. Try the value of a used M4 with similar age and mileage. This is very good depreciation, especially when the new and used car markets are so dead!!

I'd hope the Mustang would retain 60% of its value over 3 years. I sold a BMW E36 M3 that was 18 years old with 136k miles for £17k! Why it's better to hold onto cars, something things like PCP encourage you not to.

Yeah agreed, but when we look at most one year old cars on today's market you'll find they're only worth around 75% of their new value. Some cars are even worse.

What makes this offer even better is the fact they offered £30k for mine at 3 months old and only 38 miles.

My 3 month old Focus RS is only worth £20k against its £36 new price!!

So beginning of August WBAC email me to say £26700 but today another email at £27000.

My car is making £300 a month and easily covering the petrol and tax bill lol

Just checked this, £27,380 does not seem bad for a 2015 with 15,000 miles. :)

£26160 with 20000 on the clock, same as Parkers lol
I think with all my mods i would be happy with 28k
Dont forget any tiny scratches on it and that price would drop.

Mines valued at £31300 5 months old and 4000 miles. Quite a lot of depreciated from the £36599 I paid but it will level out a bit.

Dealer offered me £36000 against an MY18 auto a special one-off deal from the area manager for the problems I've had with mine to date.

But I've thought about it and I don't think I'm selling not sure if I want to put in the extra £6k at least I think :D

A couple of friends told me that WBAC dropped their initial offer upon seeing the car without any explanation for doing so. It seems their opening gambits are in order to get a foot in the door then hit you with a lower offer. I have no personal experience of them as I wouldn't use them.

I wouldn't use them either but it was a guide to a base price.
My mate in work got an offer from them and when he went down there every little mark was like £250 off the quoted price, probably no different to trading it in at a Ford dealership lol.He was desperate to sell so thats how they have an advantage.

From experience when you get there they go over it with a fine tooth comb,
knocking off ££ for anything they think they can get away with, then it's into the office and they enter all the details into their system and surprise surprise it's a lower offer !

Be firm, have answers for them and they will up the offer, like many in the car industry they will rip you off as good as look at you !

My advice ask you local dealer for a price, you may be surprised.

surprisingly I had 2.5k more from Evans Halshaw
