Indiana wanted-vertical links

looking for a set of stock or whatever for testing, chasing a noise and didn't keep my stock on removal. 18-21? buy or borrow?, I'm in north east Indiana. don't want to wrap up a pile of money but need to find the noise, doing process of elimination. Tanks Jim

Hey, just out of curiosity, what kind of noise are you getting from your car? Kinda creaky and squeaky like an old pickup going down a dirt road?

Asking because I have billet vertical links with delrin bushings on my car, and I'm getting creaks and squeaks from somewhere in the back as I go over bumps. I too am considering reinstalling the stock vertical links.

yes more of a crunchy sound than squeak. I've returned everything but vert. links to stock. Made the mistake of throwing stock ones away, don't want to take in under warranty with after market parts in the area of noise.

@JCN I put the factory vertical links back on, and the noise went away. There are other threads here where people have mentioned that delrin bushes can squeak if the fancy silicon grease dries out, mine were dry as a bone. Found the OE links for $40 shipped on eBay.

good to hear, I got a set from trm99. just put them on, about to go for a drive fingers crossed!
seems to be fixed!
