With the older version of SYNC in a 2013 Fusion, the voice recognition system almost always understood my spoken prompts. SYNC 3 in my 2016 Mustang seemed to be just as good for about the first month I had the car. Now, however, it almost never understands my voice commands. Where is the microphone located? Anyone else have a similar experience with SYNC 3?

If I had a mini-stroke and am slurring my words as a result, surely my family, friends, and co-workers would say something to me about it, don't you think?

LOL I think they'd let you know, Old Guard.

Have you tried rebooting SYNC 3? Hold the right seek arrow and the power button until the system shuts down.

If the issue continues, let me know.
