So the first thing I did after buying the car was an H Pipe install. The sound was perfect for me but since adding Mak cat deletes I have not been too pleased with the rasp in the 2k-4k rpm range. I read many mixed reviews about the Tru X so I went the safer route and ordered the Vibrants. I wasnt sure what to expect on how much they would change the sound or volume. I will say they eliminated 90% of the rasp, maybe more. If they quieted the car any, I cant tell. The cold starts were 1 day apart and when I first started the car after the Vibrants I honestly wondered if they did anything at all. But when I went for a drive they eliminated exactly what I wanted and kept the volume like I liked. This is my first time ever uploading a video so forgive my editing.

I can attest when I was looking to calm down and clean up my ARH into Corsa Xtreme setup Vibrants did the trick. You definitely made the safer choice based on almost every review I have seen on the Tru X.

I agree these types of resonators work great. Took my X pipe + AWE Touring from crazy loud (but amazing) to still quite loud but controlled. They didn't sap any of the tone, but just calmed it down.
