I am able to get 20psi off the stock converter with a 5558 which is much bigger than the VS2. I don't think getting the same results with your turbo would be too much of an issue for guys actually looking to go FAST.

I sent you a message earlier on facebook, we can test some things if you like.
Any news for the manuals??

I do not understand what news? On launching? There are not tricks to launching a manual car except a 2-step. Launching an MT is much much more difficult, and takes a great driver. We have found on many of the platforms we work with, that an MT will take 100-125WHP more to run the same ET, but can trap similar to an AT at the same power, but the time lost in the launch, and shifts needs a lot of power to make up for. So no real good news for you guys, just lots of practice to get it right.

I agree and disagree with this. On the launch a manual will launch just as hard as an auto. But yeah time is lost during shifts. Most people that run a manual are afraid to actually shift the car in the manner needed to get the most out of it. I power shifted every single manual car I ever raced to maximize results.

Boost drops no matter what cause it's a fuel cut on MT cars

So it cuts fuel regardless of what kind of shifting is done or it cuts fuel at a certain rpm?? That's the part I've never seen clarified. I've never driven a M/T ecoboost either so I wouldn't know what they go through, just a mt82 5.0, and it takes powershifting beautifully lol.

I understand that. This is just the first manual car period I had heard with an issue like this, boosted or not. So I was curious.

All turbo MT cars have this problem unless they do a pure ign cut. Most people just dont notice

Just finished the install of the stage 2 and wow I can't believe the exhaust tone! It's way more than I expected. It's ALMOST too loud! As for power, no idea yet. Just loaded the base tune from Adam. I'll follow up next week and let everyone know what I think once I get a few tune revisions.

You should add the resonator. You will hate the drone.

I'm really not sure. I'm sure Adam could answer that. I try not to bother him on the weekends lol.

Be great if you could shoot a vid of what it sounds like if it's not too much trouble.
