Try axle alley? Not sure who does it for a decent price. Here in Calgary we usually charge 10-12 hours labour. Depends on the brand. It can vary.

Got it done for $550 at my friends shop. Majority me and my friend did it and paid to use the lift and the tools for 2 days.
