A day on Venus is longer than a year on Venus. It takes Venus longer to rotate once on its axis than to complete one orbit of the Sun. That's 243 Earth days to rotate once, and 225 Earth days to complete one orbit of the Sun.
There are very few photos of Venus showing what it really looks like in visible light.
The vast majority of photos are from some wavelength we can't see, or take some artistic license to make it more interesting.
In a true color photo, Venus is mostly a plain, white sphere.
This picture was labeled as being true color, and I still think it's suspiciously colorful.
