So I came across a listing for a Sync 3 Bezel, Screen and CD unit for about $1000 and it comes from a 2017 GT350.
Have not seen anyone upgrade their base stereo using GT350 Sync 3 components yet.
So I have a few questions regarding this:
1) Would using the bezel from a GT350 Sync 3 system be a good option for a base stereo upgrade on a regular mustang?
2) Do you think the price is ok for those 3 components? I do not think it includes the main APIM/Brain unit...would still need to acquire that.
The toggle switches for the exhaust and LOC might be useless on a GT, although I wonder if the LOC could be connected somehow and if the exhaust toggle switch could be used either for a Roush Quad tip active system or the active borla system made for the mustang GT with the gt350 valence.
Any comments or info would be appreciated.
