I'm running a vargas stage 2 and had a couple questions for those with upgraded turbos:

1) what are you using for your BOV and wastegate?
2) do you get low boost fluttering?

I'm running a turbosmart WGA as well as a turbosmart BOV

On the OEM turbo, i got fluttering though it was not severe. After upgrading the turbo, I get it a lot worse in low boost scenarios (0 - 5 PSI). Mash the gas or let off the throttle and it goes away.

I don't believe this issue is due to my gear malfunctioning, I've already adjusted the BOV as well as cleaned/lubed it, and ensured that all of the lines are secured properly:

I've read quite a bit on this, and it seems that some people had success when they changed the springs in the BOV:

Though others are saying that it is unavoidable:

it sounds like shit and i'd like to get rid of as much of it as possible

Thanks!

I have the NX2 and the DV+ (from before the turbo upgrade) and I get flutter but only coming off acceleration at high boost Im fairly sure.

One thing I see on the vargas is that it doesn't have any anti-surge porting in the outlet, so it wont deal with the throttle body closing quite as well
