Someone posted an email reply picture from Ford yesterday on this site. Ford stated August for the build and price to be fully functional.

Its called building up the hype and anticipation.

In your recent photos of the EcoBoost with 50th package, it looks like the gas cap reads GT 50 YEARS. Is this correct? Am I just not seeing it properly? Or is the Build database incorrect? I heard it was going to be a pony over the 50 YEARS.

I think that is a mistake but that is what the bnp shows for both the eb and gt.

Thanks. And that is an example of why this isn't live yet. They are still working on QA. I know they are not going to put a GT gas cap on EB. Nobody would like that, definitely not the EcoBoost owners.

Interesting... didn't realize til now that the 50th package doesn't have the chrome taillight bezels.

The pre-production 50th package cars we've seen have had "GT 50 YEARS" for the gas cap:

But that is a GT you posted. (You can see the 5.0 on the side.) Do you have a picture of the gas cap on the Ecoboost with the 50th package? If so, I'd love to see it.

As if your not busy enough ;) If you could find the time to do guard metallic premium GT with PP and 50th anniversary appearance package it would be much appreciated. I'm trying to see what the front of the seats look like. Hoping they look similar to the LE 50'th edition seats just black. And maybe front, rear and side view? Thanks in advance.
