Interesting, I would have thought that updates for 3.0 were done. Guess they found something that needed to be done. Will check my wife’s 18’ Escape tomorrow.

But note this update applies to SYNC 3.0, you have a 2020 GT... Sync 3.3 or higher, so it will not be for you.
Still that's the site to check for any updates.
