I also make it shift at a much earlier rpm to keep it in the power band and get down the track faster.

All modes are adjusted by the engine parameters I have in place. Normal mode contains all of the modifications I made. Sport plus and track lack some of the auto trans function changes within normal until those regions are defined and added to the software
Just to clarify this for myself, the increase in "power" with the tuning is avaiable in all modes, but the transmission adjustments (A6) are only active in "normal" mode? When in any other "modes" the ECU controls the transmission adjustments. Is this also the same for the throttle mappings for the different modes?
Thanks---Dave

Correct, the only regions I am waiting to be added for sport plus and track are shift pressure and RPM adjustments. But I can do whatever I want in normal now.

Is throttle mapping adjusted across all modes with your tunes?

Yes but there are still more regions that need to be added.

I'm guessing my base EB(no drive modes)with manual transmission will make life easier on you? :D

Have you done any testing with meth on the eb? Also is this just one tune period or could i get a second seperate meth tune I could switch to? Or could i use meth on a daily driver? I have a friend with a GN who just started using meth last season and swears by it. So more questions, sorry

Hey Torrie, when you say "regions that need to be added", is this an SCT update you are waiting on?

Torrie is their a way you could lower boost or cause it to come on later in 1st gear so there wouldn't really be traction issues?

I should be able to control TQ in individual gears in the manuals but that provision doesn't exist in the auto trans calibrations.

But as far as boost by gear goes that's not inherent to the OEM calibration.

Or in guessing you can't just stomp it in first gear. Have to baby it a little bit.
