Um, how do I fix this?

Probably a stupid question but how do I fix this???
The two little nobs that were holding it in place cracked off and the whole rear view mirror just fell off....do i have to get a whole new unit, or just the bottom bracket that has the swivel-thing? I really wonder how I got this far in life when these things occur lol. Maybe gorilla glue? I'm selling the car in a few months, so Id like it to be somewhat permanent!

Good glue if you can make it not look sloppy, 3M tape or 3M 5200 marine adhesive if you never want it to come apart again.
