Hey yall, so I’ve tried looking up more information, etc and haven’t been able to find anything here so figured I’d post.
I got u3003:17-0B, system overcharging and only “issue” has been the radio/GPS system shuts off to “save the battery”. I tested the alternator, tested the battery, checked voltages, reset BMS and raised the voltage charges in forscan, still nothing.
So, I’m replacing the alternator since the 18+ voltage regulator is on the back of the alternator.
I also haven’t been able to find 18+ alternator change “how to”, so I’ll do what I can to map out the issues I run into when I do it.
