Alright guys so I recently got my ECU replaced with a brand new one from Ford due to my old ECU having a shortage. It was done by a performance shop around me. When I reloaded my tune from PBD (never had an issue with the tune before) I noticed the U2100 (initial configuration not complete) and U0122 (lost communication with vehicle dynamics control) would pop right back up. Do you think the ECU has to be reprogrammed again? I don't think they copied my old ECU data to the new one. They probably used a file from ford to program the new ECU. No check engine lights or anything popping up. I've tried to flash back to stock tune and reupload the tune and I've tried to reset the PCM using forscan. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I needed a completely new ECU due to the original one having a short circuit but I did need to go back for them to reprogram the new ECU, and that fixed the codes for me.
