Nope it's the stock Performance pack 3.73 Differential so I guess it's normal then

I mean 1 does spin but very slowly and I guess because the Speed sensor from the other wheel was reading 150mph so that wheel is slow because it's trynna get traction

Figure out your issue yet? Sounds like the thrust washer failure to me which is causing your sensors to read false MPH freaking the system out. Replace BOTH washers and Hubs.
