My name Is Rodolfo Santiago, I'm a Design Engineer & Lead designer for the Ecoboost Upgrade turbo program.
we are excited to announce our brand new 2015+ Mustang EB Upgrade Turbocharger avaliable for Pre-order now.

Our turbocharger is a direct drop in upgrade, but make no mistake, there are no stock Ford components IN our turbocharger.
Our turbocharger is re-engineered from the ground up with our own components and our own tooling. It is not re-manufactured/upgraded with swapped out components.
Our CHRA was uniquely re-designed to accommodate stock oil & water connections. Our turbine housing was designed to mate with the stock inlet and outlet locations, as well as the compressor housing. All similarities end there.

Our Upgrade Turbocharger features:
*Dual Ceramic Ball Bearings
*Billet 52mm Compressor wheel (Featuring our new NX2 Aerodynamics)
*Vacuum Investment Mold Inconel 52mm Turbine wheel (Featuring our new NX2 Aerodynamics)
*Investment Cast & Ported Compressor HSG.
*Investment Cast Stainless Steel Turbine HSG
*Investment Cast Inconel Internal Wastegate lever arm
*All of our new Turbochargers go through a rigorous design iterations using state of the art Rotor-dynamics, FEA & CFD simulation tools.
*All turbocharges are than Validated using Performance gas stand mapping to verify all performance & durability design targets where met.
*All Turbonetics Turbochargers offer BEST in the industry 1-year no fault no hassle warranty.
* All Turbonetics Turbochargers are proudly made in the USA in an ISO9100 certified facility located in Moorpark CA.
*We even include new inlet and outlet gaskets, new o-rings for your water and oil lines, as well as multiple couplers and clamps to make use of a factory intake or aftermarket 3" intake.

BB vs Journal;
We base mapped the stock turbocharger before we began our design phase.
We noted high oil exit temps out of the stock CHRA. This indicates that the stock journal bearing system is becoming critically unstable at higher loads and thus durability becomes compromised.
Our Dual Ball Bearing system was specifically designed to withstand higher loads created on all turbochargers operating at higher pressure ratios.
"increased spool" and increased "transient" response is inherently a by-product of a more efficient bearing system, durability is top priority.

NX2 Compressor & Turbine Aerodynamics:
Our new wheels not only offer higher inefficiencies than our competitors, they flow more. As an example, our 52mm compressor featured in this turbo can flow up to 60lbs/min @ 3bar, that is more power than what we rate this turbo to. That is a substantial amount of flow from such a small compressor wheel. All rotating components are rigorously tested for stress and fatigue, our wheels are created from aluminum forgings and designed to withstand a high duty cycle that a DD vehicle would normally encounter.
Our turbine wheels are created from a super alloy high in nickle content known as Inconel. What type of Inconel is key.

Our end HSGs:
Our compressor HSG is ported for enhanced map width and surge margin.
This means that when the vehicle is at low rpm and high load, such as going up a hill the turbocharger will not go into surge. This is important for a DD car, not so much for a drag car or a dyno queen. In addition, a larger compressor wheel requires a larger diffuser and compressor housing to properly optimize performance. A large compressor wheel on a small HSG is a quick way for IATs to escalate out of control thus having to later band aid using a larger intercooler.
You will note that our turbine hsg. is a 0.70 A/R and not a 0.81 like the factory one. That is because the A/R is relative to turbine wheel size. meaning our 0.70 is actually larger than the factory's 0.81, but because our end hsg. was specifically designed for the turbine wheel size and operation points of the turbocharger it was then re-calculated to 0.70. In addition, our turbine hsg. is stainless steel, designed to burst contain and handle elevated temperatures.
