So I have a buddy that’s parting out his Mustang that his FBO with a Lund E85 Tune. I have the same modifications that he has except for the headers. I’m still on stock manifold with cats but he has long tube catless headers. Now my question is, will his tune work for my car or will there be issues because of me not having catless long tubes or PCM/ECM issues? Thanks for you help in advance

Yeah his tune will work, it'll also run a bit rich as well, cause your catted. EDIT: I amend my statement, since you have cats, you need cat protection which is turned off in the lund tune.

His nguage will have to be unlocked via lund which will require a tune purchase. Youll have your own set of tunes
