I just spoke with Chris at Lethal Performance about tuning my stock 2018 Mustang GT. He was excellent, very informative.

It looks like I'm going to buy the LUND RACING NGAUGE TUNING AND MONITORING GAUGE W/BASE TUNE (2011+).

I'm also adding a note to the order to turn off Adv Trac/Trac Control when I engage Drag Mode if that's possible.

I'm going with the 93 octane tune since I don't have much access to e85.

I'm talking to the wife to make sure she doesn't lose her mind on me spending $594.00 on something she will think is ridiculous. :headbonk:

Take the wife out to dinner and a shopping spree, it'll help when you tell her how much, lol. I did with mine when I just bought a tuner and tunes for mine.

For me it typically costs me double, I spend $594 for this tune/nguage and she gets to spend equal..... forces me to think through everything.

Imagine how expensive the new Mustang was... :headbonk:

I would personally hold off getting a tune until you know your car is not a lemon. I would wait at least year. The 2018 are fast already.

It really isn’t every car failing out there. Look at all the shops beating them without issues.

Agreed, I would like to know the cause of the wrench though. I'm taking it out when I get back home tomorrow, it's going to be hot as hell so a good time to see if the wrench comes back.
