Trunk tie down

Hi everyone,
Has anyone found a way to tie down things in the trunk?
With any sort of spirited driving, things are flying all over the place.

I recently got a spare tire for my R and want to carry a small hydraulic jack. I live
in NYC and have already had 3 flat tires.
