I'd say yes just based on the fact that the trunk lid on my '18 fits just as crooked as my '15's did.

Some owners have found that there aren’t as many locating holes/slots in the rear of the trunklid on 2018+ cars where the black trim panel will attach, so keep that it mind. As far as bolting the trunklid onto the hinges and opening/closing it properly, yes that works fine as long as you get one from the same bodystyle as yours- coupe and convertible decklids are different.
