made a couple of small adjustments and now I'm able to trap closer to 125mph at the top of 4th gear with the stock PP 3.73s I know I can cut a 1.5 60 foot with a more aggressive launch (maybe better with more practice) which will get me low 11s. Very happy with this setup (beefcake Vortech V3, 93 octane, stock manifolds & Cats, heavy PP 19s, MT82)

Mickey Thompson 305/35R19 28X11.50R19 ET Street II Drag radials mounted on American Muscle PP replicas. Awesome tires you can drive to the track with. Hook very well on the street also.

Thanks.

I definitely need to invest in some traction. I'm embarrassed to say, I ran a best of 2.1 in the 60ft on my most recent trip to the dragstrip. That was on the factory Pirelli's and it was my first time at the track with the car. Needless to say, I have some work to do.

I'll definitely consider the ET Street II. I like the idea of being able to drive them to the track.

Very nice! Are you running out of room with the 3.73s?

I believe you have half shafts, what about a clutch? 1.66 is a nice 60!

Yes, the 3.73s are holding me back and need to go as soon as the 3.31s become available and I decide if I want to tackle the PIA install. I was initially trapping around 120mph but this time out I went ahead and made 100% sure I ran 4th to ~ 7,700 RPMs before letting off. I'll focus more on better 60ft and quicker shifting next time out.

Yes I have a McLeod RXT clutch and FR half shafts. launch control doesn't work for me, which is too bad because it would be awesome if it did work or if Lund could fix it. I was launching around 4K but I can tell 4,500 - 4,800 is going to give me the best 60ft. based on failed launch control testing. I'll post some videos if you want to see them.

Around 620RWHP. I haven't seen many MT-82 ETs posted but I assume they have to have a different final drive to trap any higher because banging 5th gear quickly is tough IMHO.

I'd like to go 3.31 as well. I am targeting March for all my driveline. I figure I'll so gears at that point since the differential will be out anyways. I'll just take it somewhere and hopefully it'll be fairly cheap.

Is the clutch holding up well? I have that model on my list along with the billet flywheel.

I haven't even hit 3,000 miles on the car yet, so I can't give you a long term update. I think Phunk has the same clutch with a lot more miles. Lots of 11 - 14 guys ran this clutch, so I expect it will hold up quite well. With my limited use so far I would say its the best clutch I have personally ever tested.

If you're going to run on stock Pirelli's drop the PSI in your rear tires to 20 PSI, avoid the water box. Spin your tires one quick revolution to get the rocks off and try that out. I think at the very least you should be able to pull some 2.0's if not better.

I see 10's in your future for sure!
