is it normal for the 10r80 to whine alittle when braking and reversing?

Yes, I have been told that this is normal. Mine will whine in park. Normal characteristic of the 10r80. It is total BS but I am not about to get it torn out while the car has less 1k miles.

Wait until you do diff bushings and a subframe lockout. Never realized how bad the rear diff wine was until i was cruising at 80 with the windows closed and the music off...
