traction issues aldo welds TT car.

Just bought a 2019 aldo welds car. it’s got vikings all around and some blue springs(don’t know the brand). What settings are you guys setting the shocks at. car is blowing the tires every gear espically on the shifts. maybe the gears? it’s got 355s.
tires are et street R 305/45/17 at 17psi.
