Tracking info is now not there......

Checked the Ford's tracking site to see if any info changed on my order and now it says "system error, please try again later". I put in another vin and order# from someones post on here and it worked. Hopefully they didn't cancel the order. Anyone else have this happen to them?

All had been quiet. My order was accepted 7/31. Five days later I got my VIN# and a scheduled build week of October 4th. There has been no updates until the error message this morning.

My order is almost identical….having same issue….hopefully it’s just a system issue.

if you all are getting same error it really can only be system down/maint. Give a few hours and should be fine. Esp it being a Sunday in the states.

Same here. In production since the 13th scheduled for 16th, remains in production.

jeez…mine accepted 7/29 and my initial build date was 10/25 and now is 10/11….i don’t get how these orders are all over the place lol

They most likely move orders when parts for one unit isn't on hand yet, but all the parts for a different unit is, but was to start production 3 days later. So it goes to front of the line.

very cool. i actually just called ford performance and they said it’s scheduled to be built oct 9. i honestly didn’t know factories worked weekends lol
