No, they're random. I've gotten 2 in the past six months, but they only last a limited time and I'm not buying any time soon.

Keep shopping for Fords on line, use different computers if you can. Try calling and asking for brochures and stuff. marketing will pick you up eventually. Enter any drawings etc at dealers where your name goes into their computer system. If you get one, and you're ready to deal, call customer service and marketing, tell them you wanted to use it but there wasn't anything you liked. They let me use it on a '19 even though it said 18's only. Full disclosure- they had me in their system because my company has bought about 6 Fords over the last 15 years. they must keep all records.
