*edit- just read a whole lot of reviews on glassdoor and indeed of working at frap and multiple mentioned the weekend hours so it's all good.

page source says etastartdate- 10/10/14 and etaenddate 10/16/14, does this mean it will likely be delivered within this window? My current estimated delivery date is 10/16. Im thinking they post the last date in that window just to cover their asses? does this sound correct or did i make all of this up. lol

That's correct. The code has the start and end date for the ETA. On COTUS, it shows the end date. Then you are happy if it's early!

My car went into In Transit today around noon. I just check COTUS again (out of habit really) and its back to Awaiting Shipment!? What gives? has anyone else come across this or anything similar? going back steps? grrrrrrrrrr

It also has my estimated delivery date and the countdown removed! WTF

Mine is awaiting shipping. Checked Cotus this morning and my eta date and countdown are missing. They were there last night. Must be a glitch or something, right?

Hopefully it is just a glitch. Obviously i want everyone here to get their cars sooner rather than later but im almost happy to see someone else with a similar issue. nothing personal of course. best of luck

From your salesman or if you have your Order number and dealer code you can get it from http://www.cotus.ford.com/ when it's assigned. Dealer should have given you an order sheet (called a DORA) with the info on it.

I received the DORA today. I was told to wait until Thursday to check site. They update it only on that day. Thanks
