Track Mode Missing?

Tried the Wife's Key Fob...Track Mode & Track Apps Work-->:shrug:

Don't know why my Fob decided to not work, I'll try rebooting it after I find the instructions in the manual.

Maybe it had something to do with installing Curb Alert & Radar Detector last week-->:shrug:

my LE auto has track mode but my Line Lock stays gray wont let me do anything with it contacted dealer and they told me since my car has not been driven on the road yet being it only has 3 miles on it ford has it set to have a X amount of miles before it will let me pick it from list but they didnt know how many miles would be needed any one know if this is true or i'm being fed a line S**t ??

IIRC I read somewhere this was to prevent employees and transport people from ruining the car.
