I may buy a used 2013 Boss 302... If the dealer doesnt have the track key, is it still available for purchase?

I would imagine the dealer could still purchase/program for you. Call your local dealer to inquirer.

I would definitely make it a term of the deal that one be produced. Any key can be reproduced but some are quite expensive to do so.

thing is, the car is not at a ford dealer... its at a different makers dealership.. I see they sell kits online for it? trakcal ? like 500 bucks?

They can get it from ford just like you can. Definitely make them pay for it.

I'd tell them it's a deal if you get the track key for you. Have them contact Ford and figure it out.
