For those of you running bigs and littles, are you running TPMS valve stems or not? I won't be using this setup as daily driver tires, just when I hit the track a few times a year.
Any down side to not running them besides low pressure warning that I would get when I dropped the pressure at the track anyway.
Thanks.

If your not using the tires on a daily basis why go to the extra expense of having the sensors? I run slicks/skinnys on my 95 race car and drag radials for the 15 when I'm at the track. I have no use for the sensors on the drag radials. I'll be able to tell if I get a flat to and from the strip the old fashion way.

Thanks for the reply, my plan was to not run them, but I wasn't sure if they affected anything else besides throwing a light up on the dash.

Just did my 17x9.5 & 17x4.5's on mine without TPMS. No issues, just have to click ok after I start the car and then the little yellow light on the cluster shows up for low tire pressure. NBD at all, still turn Trac off and can do burnouts etc. Ran a few 1/8 miles last night after getting them mounted up. No more traction issues hehehe!

With the new wheels, tires, E30 tune and exh, I'm hoping to get into the low 12's next trip out. All depends on our track, DA is usually around 4,000 feet this time on the year...
