touchscreen radio

So i have a 2017 pp1 gt with the basic 4 inch radio, i’ve been looking into conversion kits that would change the 4 inch screen to the 8 inch touch screen but 2000 dollars??? sounds pretty crazy. I own a diesel shop so i have tons of trucks coming in as well as salvage trucks. I recently bought a f-250 lariat of the same year that was wrecked beyond belief, anyways i look inside and see the huge screen, my face lit up as i thought it would work in my mustang. If anyone could tell me how i could program the radio in some way or do something to make it work. The thing alone is about 700 bucks that was gonna get crushed. If anyone has any info i would love to hear it
