Touch up/remove/buff scratch from front bumper

Hi guys,

I am looking to sell my car soon. There are some scratches in the front bumper. I am wondering if its worth to get that fixed before selling. Can anyone recommend where I can get this job done? Attached is pic for reference.

Those aren't light, you might be able to buff out some of it but they look pretty deep. I'd estimate $200 on the low end.
