Hey guys! I got my Steeda progressives in the mail, and I'm having a shop install them tomorrow. The shop requested that I bring in the torque specs if possible for everything they'll be removing/adjusting, and I'm not too sure what exactly I need.

I looked in the torque spec thread, but I'm not sure which numbers apply to me in this situation.

Anybody care to help out a suspension noob? Thanks!

All the numbers you need are in the thread BmacIL linked you to. :)

Understood, but I don't know how to correlate the names of the bolts/studs to the actually ones that are going to be removed/replaced when I get my springs installed at the shop.

I don't want the shop to just impact them on without torquing them down correctly...

I think these are the correct specs for the front that I need:

Strut End Bolt (Do not remove without compressing the spring) (21mm): 76 ft/lbs.
Factory Upper/Lower Strut to Knuckle Bolt (21mm / 24mm): 184 ft/lbs.
Sway Bar End Links (18mm / 17mm): 85 ft/lbs.
Upper Strut Mount Nuts x 3 (15mm deep): 46 ft/lbs.

No idea what I'm looking for in terms of the rear. What are the bolts called that hold the rear shock mount in place? I really wish there were diagrams to help with this. Again, I know close to nothing about suspension, or else I'd do this all myself.

At the very least, I wish Steeda could have included torque numbers with their instructions. All it says is "replace bolt and tighten".

Rear:
Shock to Upper Shock Mount Nut: 22 ft/lbs.
Upper Shock Bolts: 66 ft/lbs.
Lower Shock bolts (15mm): 35 ft/lbs.
Main Cradle Bolts (21mm): 129 ft/lbs.
Front Cradle Bracket Bolts (13mm): 41 ft/lbs.

Those are the rest of what you need.

Thank you so much!

Again, pardon my ignorance, I just want to make sure everything is done properly. I've had horrible experience in the past with shops that don't torque things down, and as a result I've had a lot of squeaking and creaking.
