God the new hardware in the mail. Will be sending the old spacers back so they can look at them. Here is a picture of the new stuff next to the old stuff, so you can see how the delrin spacers are deformed

The new billet spacers obviously won't deform, and the new locking nuts they send seem lower profile so should have more thread engagement. Will install today or tomorrow and see how it is over the next several hundred miles.

As a follow up I was sent the same set of replacement spacers and hardware as posted above. The aluminum spacers did the trick. The original Delrin spacers where being compressed requiring the nuts needing to be re-torqued frequently.
