Hi All. I've got a base mustang with TomTop and a Google Pixel. After years and years with an iPhone I made the switch and am much happier.
I was playing around with it in the car last night and am confused on something however. I plugged the usb-c end of the cord into the phone and the other end into the car. When I switch the source to usb 1, the TomTop says Indexing for little a while and than begins playing one of 84 seemingly random songs from my phone (I have about 400 on the phone)
If I go to the music player on my phone (Play Music, for now) all ~400 are there and I can play them separate from what's playing from the TomTop. So I have one song playing from the TomTop and another playing from the phone speaker or aux port.
Not a big deal, I could just use bluetooth but I like knowing why things do/don't work so if anyone knows, please share. Thanks!
