Nothing you can do about the paint. It's robot controlled and that thin on every car. Many many manufacturers have thin paint these days, even on more expensive cars; cost cutting.......and Fordtechone doesn't believe it. He thinks it's only ''10 out of 100,000'' that have issues.
My issues are......
1- sloppy hood and passenger door alignment. Passenger door was mostly fixed, hood was not. I've lived with it.
2- rattles from driver door, light switch, center stack and back. I just turn the radio up rather than have the dealer mess up the car more.
3- super thin shitty paint that chips if you loo at it wrong, multiple waves and flaws in the metal. Also, there are a few spots that have stuff under the paint.
Every car I've ever driven under $100-150k has had some sort of rattle. But an aftermarket exhaust makes it rattle 10 times worse and develop rattles for obvious reasons, no matter the price of the car. It shouldn't be surprising having one of the handful of loudest exhausts on the market that it's caused rattles. if you put your OEM exhaust fully back on right now I guarantee you would have well under 25% of the rattles or volume from them
