......and Fordtechone doesn't believe it. He thinks it's only ''10 out of 100,000'' that have issues.
My issues are......
1- sloppy hood and passenger door alignment. Passenger door was mostly fixed, hood was not. I've lived with it.
2- rattles from driver door, light switch, center stack and back. I just turn the radio up rather than have the dealer mess up the car more.
3- super thin shitty paint that chips if you loo at it wrong, multiple waves and flaws in the metal. Also, there are a few spots that have stuff under the paint.
Nothing you can do about the paint. It's robot controlled and that thin on every car. Many many manufacturers have thin paint these days, even on more expensive cars; cost cutting.

Every car I've ever driven under $100-150k has had some sort of rattle. But an aftermarket exhaust makes it rattle 10 times worse and develop rattles for obvious reasons, no matter the price of the car. It shouldn't be surprising having one of the handful of loudest exhausts on the market that it's caused rattles. if you put your OEM exhaust fully back on right now I guarantee you would have well under 25% of the rattles or volume from them

I'll try and take some pics today. I couldn't get great pictures the other day because of the lighting.

Ford Service PM'd me and is helping to escalate this. I feel that is a good sign and I'm optimistic about my appointment tomorrow.

Ford is replacing my bumper and shifter. The dealer's shop is going to look into the other warranty work. The dealership has been really helpful and super cool about everything. I trusted Ford would do right by me and they are. I hope this gives optimism to others who need help. I'm happy and think it's great that Ford is standing behind their product.

Rear left panel out of alignment. <---- referring to the bumper

Dirt in the paint or something like that right under the trunk. <---- also the bumper

"...even hurts to touch on the shifter."

Ford took care of it all. I'm really happy with the outstanding service and that they stood behind their product. Better than new.

Please Close thread. Thanks!
