You can without sacrificing the hard drive space... That's what sucks about WinCE. Wince isn't working the same way a your window desktop/laptop

PS: hard drive has 3.28mb left of free space...

I have! I thought about it and knowing that I've been an Android developer for a long time for me it would've been the ideal platform to program on! However I don't trust the Chinese build lol.

I'm talking about actual hardware changes. Desoldering what's there and replacing parts. (This is theoretical, since I haven't actually seen one in person)

Definitely a different creature. They SAY they work with the existing SWC's, but it requires additional interfaces a lot of times like a PAC Audio CANBUS module to translate from Ford to something the Android understands, plus the extra stuff to use the backup camera, and loss of SYNC (which I know a lot of people think they want) and then the added nonsense of using a Bluetooth OBD2 dongle to integrate with the unit... Meh. Not worth it unless you're willing to sacrifice a lot, and pay a lot more.

Congrats! Yes the SDcard on the left is the one with NAV. The right is just dummy.

Got it installed, updates applied, and copying new NAV files now. I filled the "beeper" with glue before installing, now it's a very faint chirp!

It's still up. It seems that my domain is doing maintenance though. My website is running on a production server 24/7.
