TomTop Emulators?

Hey guys saw someone on one of the facebook pages post some emulators on there tomtop, anyone know what they did to flash it over? im either thinking this is running some sort of android OS (in which case its simple) or theyre running a mirror box from their phone.

It could be that or another unit that look like Tomtop but it's not Tomtop... (Raxiom/Sintegrate/...)
