When I saw the picture I thought the lugs were Gorilla brand, and had me wondering, as I considered them thinking they were generally robust.
Actually, I replaced my OEM 2-material lug nuts with forged lug nuts to prevent getting stranded on the highway because I could not remove/replace the wheel. (I have a full-size spare.)
Story behind the spare? I got stranded by a blowout on a lonely VA highway about 700 miles from home on a Sunday morning during pandemic restrictions. That cured me.
Yes, a full size tire fits in the spare tire well, though it is tight putting it in/getting it out. I fabricated a box for the tire cover to set on so at first glance the trunk appears stock to people who don't know the Mustang.
