Tire Size for EB PP Wheels

I just put SR Performance Lowering Springs on my 2015 Ecoboost Performance Package Mustang. While doing this I noticed that I am going to need new tires soon. I am wanting to go wider than the stock size and I was wondering if 275/40/19 tire would work on the stock PP wheels on all four corners. Also if I put 275/40/19 on can I put on 1in. spacers without the tire rubbing?
