So I took my 2016 gt base in for oil change, tire rotation and balance at 10,000 miles and told the dealer I have vibration around 55-65mph not sure if its tires, balance or drivetrain issue. After taking car for test drive without me and before checking balance of tires service advisor says technician says its not balance issue but your tires are cupped inner tread your alignment needs checked he thinks it is causing your issue. I am not sure how alignment causes 55-65 vibration car tracks straight no noises or issues at speed.so after alignment shows me before and after alignment was off but just a little not enough for issue then says until Ford or tire manufacture decides what to do about your tires we can not do anything about vibration which they believe is what caused tire issue. They said balance was spot on and rotated tires did oil change and let me leave saying they will call next week due to the manager being out for the day and will let me know what if any thing they can about the tires then work on the vibration issue after that's resolved. This sounds like 2 separate issues not one causing the other am I wrong? None of the paperwork says anything about cupped tires or vibration they did mention TSB but until tires are taking care of nothing can be done. Also I had to ask for copy of alignment paperwork with figures showing it being off it shows 2016gt date and time but not my name or vin number which I think is weird.Left front was -0.17 right front 0.02 total tow -0.15 rear left 0.09 right rear 0.21 thrust angle 0.06 after alignment left front 0.06 right front 0.05 total tow 0.11 rear left 0.11 rear right 0.20 total thrust 0.05 does this sound right to you guys ? Let me know what you guys think I should do or if this sounds right....sorry for the long post just does not sound or feel right to me.

It's not your tires.

That is the Dealer's typical response and they'll try to road force balance, rotate tires and perform multiple alignment checks... Until you give up and take their word that it's the tires.

There is an SSM out about the driveline vibe in the exact range you are experiencing it...

If you missed this thread, I suggest you get your favorite beverage or snack, sit down and read it from page 1 to the end... You're not alone with the issue you have...
