Ahh....that #1 car. I feel a special bond to that as that was the mine when I went there and it was the first time I've ever been on a track.:love::love:MCarsFan Do the Track Attack. No excuses! ;)

s2k owner here also, you wont be let down one bit. only a couple issues ive found, the s2k (03) is more raw, no nannies, small, noisy...etc. Hit the gas above 4k in the 350 and its a whole other beast yet more refined and controlled, confidence building if you will.As an S2000 owner, this is one of the biggest reasons I ordered the Shelby. It seems many of the same qualities exist in both cars. It's kind of a bigger, more powerful S2k, with a roof, a back seat, and an amazing exhaust note. Can't wait for mine to come in.

They actually assigned me a Magnetic.... not enough AG for everyone. I think there were like 4-5 owners of AG... and most participants had Tech packs.
Pic below after we did Launch Control at start of 3rd session (the fun fast solo one). Yeah we dumped the clutch at 6k rpm.
You gotta do this M.... will help you develop some balls.

Of course! Got some vids too which I'll post once uploaded. All the GT350's they have are "G" cars therefore 2016. Early VINs too... like 28, 35, 38, etc. It's worth the trip and it's actually great particularly for those that never ever tracked. Although I do have a suggestion but I'll reserve until later.Bossing, Having fun out there ? I bet ! can't wait to get my car and sign up.
So are all the cars 2017's ? Have a good time out there and be safe.
Is being overseas an excuse?

It should be! But the "no excuses" is more for the M guy....Is being overseas an excuse?
Thanks! Yup, my friends relayed as well. My area didn't even get much... typical showers and at most ~20mph occasional gusts.FYI...
Hey south fla wasn't affected by hurricane Matthew. You should be OK.
I had that same magnetic car. it looked sharp. I was at the first track attack day. hope #6 is still feeling fresh. They actually assigned me a Magnetic.... not enough AG for everyone. I think there were like 4-5 owners of AG... and most participants had Tech packs.![]()
Oh yeah it sure is... I exercised it for you. Still fast as F. Can't you tell by some laps from my solo session?I had that same magnetic car. it looked sharp. I was at the first track attack day. hope #6 is still feeling fresh.
Don't even second guess.... for a first-timer or for anyone who seldomly hits the track, I highly recommend to do it. If you can drive the GT350 on the streets, you can certainly drive it on the track at UMC. The Instructors do a nice job especially for novices since the morning exercises build up to the actual track laps in the afternoon. And they try break it up based on skill level so as a newbie you will be with other novices or less-experienced folks. You'll have fun, learn & develop some skills, and realize how good this car is when pushed.I haven't signed up for the track attack yet, but really need to. Never been on a track, and need to learn how to really drive this car.
