Alignment reduced my tramlining and nervous rear end....and keeping tire pressures at around 37 hot helped a lot also. Small alignment changes make a big difference in feel oft he car. Also I run in comfort mode most of the time, car has a nice ride for what it can do in the twisties, not harsh...

Yes, you will need the MSO from Ford and AAA will not do dealer bought new cars.....so you need to go to DMV. Make a appointment for DMV, they will inspect the car as well as the registration paperwork that needs to be done.

The Flood site implies if your car is in service more than 41 months, you can not purchase this warranty extension, so apparently has to be decided upon before then.....

Buy a cheap OBD reader, so you can tell when all is ready. Evap is NOT required in CA, and cold starts are more important than piling the on miles.....steady speeds for a few minutes and let off gas, do not touch anything and coast as long as you can. Drive City stop and go, not just highway...

Also having a Ferrari 360 F1 that I have not tracked, I am interested in your comparison to the GT350 that I also have never tracked...the Ferrari just understeers so badly, even with 235 fronts on Scud wheels she understeers so much. I can tell that the GT350 will run circles around the Ferrari...

Yep...6-7 years max in my book. Tires can look good, no cracks, etc. but the rubber keeps curing each year, drying out and losing the elasticity that you need. Hard rubber and performance cars do not mix. Many older Vipers (in particular) have met their demise due to this....10 or more year old...

As I understand it, you can not buy the Ford ESP after 5 years, warranty is up then. so your question is invalid for that part, could be why you are not getting answer you seek....you can buy other aftermarket warranty when Ford warranty runs out.

Agree...100% accurate for me. Crappy dealers with crappy service kept me from a Ford for 12 years and was one of the reasons I hesitated buying a GT350....likely my last Ford due to the crappy dealers, and I have many in my area, sad.
