Based on the cars that I have previously owned/still own which includes two 2015 cars along with a 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 the best paint, fit, finish, body panel gap, etc. of those 6 cars is my 2018 GT350R.Yep. 18's were the last model year built right. In my unbiased opinion...
The 2015 cars are a very close 2nd for best in those areas with my 2020 GT350R being the worst and that was possibly because it was assembled just after the FRAP returned to work during COVID-19 after which time there was a staff shortage and people were working areas unfamiliar to them with many of them not wanting to be there.
Having said that I have seen numerous 2020 R that were assembled in later months than mine such as July, August, September and October with their fit, finish, body panel gap and paint far superior to my build.
Again, the above feedback is based on just those 6 cars and my personal experiences with them.

Congrats!!! Love the color, enjoy!Just bought a new leadfoot gray 2018 GT350R with 25 miles. The car is so different than my 2010 GT500! Can't wait to get my break-in miles done and then get some smiles with the miles. Sound is unlike any other car out there.
Love the color - matches my Raptor!
